QSI uses a Mastery Learning model of
instruction which is a focused and powerful way of organizing
both curriculum (what is taught) and instruction (the way it is
taught).
The effectiveness of Mastery Learning is
validated by educational research.
The educational program is based upon the
student's mastery of specific units or expectations.
These units are defined in all subject
areas, and at all instructional and developmental (age) levels.
Clearly defined learning outcomes,
learning materials, instruction, and student evaluation are
aligned

Accreditation
QSI Skopje is accredited by the Middle States Association of
Colleges and Schools. One of the aspects of our accreditation
with this organization is the focus on certain objectives for
improvement over the next seven years (until the next
accreditation review).
Objective 1:
Success Orientations (QSI-wide)
By June 2012, QSI
students will demonstrate increased performance in the Success
Orientations of Trustworthiness, Responsibility, Kindness and
Politeness, Concern for Others, Group Interaction, Aesthetic
Appreciation and Independent Endeavor.
Objective 2: Fitness (QSI Skopje)
By the year 2012, QSI
International School of Skopje students will demonstrate a
higher level of physical fitness. |
